Where do you deliver?
We deliver stunning fresh flowers and gifts anywhere on the NSw Central Coast. As members of Australai's largest florsits network we can also arrange to send your gift anywhere in Australia.For further information please visit our Deliveries Page.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
We mainly carry out our deliveries Monday to Saturday. However with ample notice and prior arrangement with us we can arrange a Sunday delivery. In the event that Valentines Day falls on a Sunday or in the case of Mother's Day - we do deliver on those Sunday's as per usual.


What is the deadline for placing orders?
MONDAY TO SATURDAY
2.30 pm (AEST) is the deadline for same day delivery for all orders delivered on teh Central Coast
For interstae & regional orders please allow at least 24 hours for delivery.
International orders please allow at least 48 hours for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online, fax and phone orders we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express . For in store purchases we accept all major credit cards, Eftpos and cash. For corporate accounts we accept payments by credit card, cheque or electronic funds transfer.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
If the order has not been despatched, then it may be possible to change details to that order. Should you need to cancel an order, we must receive notice 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Cancellations and changes to any orders will attract a small administrative fee of $15.00. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Orders that are already prepared or dispatched may not be cancelled. Please contact us immediately should you have any changes or need to cancel an order.

What if the recipient is not home or not at work?
Generally, if no one is home or not at work, our couriers are instructed to leave the flowers at the front door if it is safe to do so or with the front desk. If the recipient lives in an apartment block, the courier will attempt leave the order somewhere safe or with a neighbour. If it is returned to Central Coast Flower Hut a $15.00 redelivery fee will apply.

What if the address is incorrect?
Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. The more accurate information you can provide the better it is! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection fee of $15 may apply.


Can I set up a Corporate account?
We welcome any corporate accounts, we currently service a range of corporate clients such as Hotels, restaurants, Retail Outlets, Offices and more.To apply for a corporate account please call one of our friendly staff who will be able to provide you with further information.
